Personal Perks (Fifth perk)
adding a fifth perk that players would have to work up to would work amazingly! I’m not just talking about any random perk either they can add to their roaster. The fifth perk would be more of a personal perk for that killer or survivor. For example Feng Ming’s 3 personal perks technician, lithe, and alert can only be used as one her fifth perks. To make it fair and to make players work for this ability. You’ll have to get the survivor and/or killer to prestige rank 3, level 50. Then it would appear on the blood web as a personal perk add on.

So why would anyone play Feng Min over Bill who has 2 2nd chance perks you could choose as your 5th perk slot?
Leave survivors alone, I dont want to play as someone who I dont like to play as, simply because his or hers 5th perk is meta
Certain survivors would become more pay to win per se than others. Everyone would play characters like Bill, Meg, David or Jake (Possibly a few others too) just to use a strong teachable that they have.
No. We've had this discussion plenty of times before and the conclusion is always the same: either the buffs are irrelevant, meaning they make no difference and therefore there's no reason to do this; or they're actually significant, meaning they make a big difference and therefore create a survivor character meta, while also making the game P2W because now you have to buy those characters.
