Change the Twins correctly.
I hate the twins, i don't play the twins and i am more then happy if they were deleted, but.... The devs changed the wrong thing that makes them annoying.
The problem with twins and the most glaringly obvious thing is victors recovery speed. Even if you outplay them and kick vick, he is right back on you before you can do anything because his recovery is way to short.
He should take 12 to 20 seconds to recharge when kicked by a survivor.
