Should Trickster still receive Trick Blades base kit?
It's been a while since his release, and he's had time to sit and data to be gathered. So, the main piece of feedback left to be used - should he get (1 bounce) ricochet knives base kit?
Personally, I think it would elevate his skill ceiling quite a lot, without being oppressive or uncounterable, and would help for him into the "Trickster" archetype. Plus, it'd give him a niche - right now, the only real niche the Trickster has is losing in style.

I’m not really a fan of it. While it could lead to an increased skill cap it could also lead to random downs that you didn’t intend for

Sure. Even though his skill cap is actually hard as is, and not easy as they claim in the menu.
Yes, that would tremendously help with his lack of identity.
The more i play with it the more i realise it really wouldn't do anything.
Ricochet is fun but pretty inconsistant and honestly is what his meme addon should be. It is bassicly just a fancy way of earning bp.
He is actually pretty good outside of one debilitating weakness. And that is long wall loops where you can only get like one knife per cycle.
Using your knives is pointless and running it as a 110 killer isn't much better so right now it's usually just leave and find someone else.
Outside of that he's really strong in some scenario's. Largely because of his zero cooldown on his knives.
When i catch someone out of position and injure them with knives i can keep throwing when they run away. Often you can land another 3-4 knives which means they better pray they find something fast. Deathslinger who has to reload after every shot just can't do something like that.
That's why decreasing the number of blades he needs to injure is a real dangerous thing to mess with. The difference between having that usb addon and not is huge
What i would propose is that single tap knives do double laceration damage OR that holding out the knives without throwing doesn't slow him down.
Just so that the loops where you don't have a lot of line of sight don't completly cripple him
