Off the record should really get the same buff as lucky break, idk why this hasn't been done yet.

Cut time in half + make it hide scratchmarks/blood.

I wish the Broken Status Effect was reduced to 60 seconds at tier III tbh.

It is a bit too long tbf but it has a really powerful effect so I wouldn’t want to go overboard

for the people is a very strong perk in premade squads. you can't buff that anymore.
