Because it would grossly imbalance the game. Many perks aren't meant to have info shared and there is no way to prevent swf from c9ms, otherwise devs would stop it
Because when you talk, killers are supposed to be able to hear it. You're being quiet so we won't.
This is completely undermined by SWF, but that's the idea.
Bring out the CoD tapes.
