Will the PTB today contain the Trickster Buffs??

I would think they would take this opportunity to test the changes out on this PTB as well as everything else, does anybody know for sure? or is the answer simply no?

I would assume they have to test every change out. Isn't that how they always do it??

They said yeah it will be on ptb but it will go live before ptb is over

yes they will be on the PTB and the hotfix bug patch will release later this week.
