Thank you BHVR for fixing one of the big issues from this past PTB

I had some really bad frames in the PTB and was worried it would carry over to live. Im proud to say my frames are fine and I'm not experiencing the drops I was facing on PTB. Thank you BHVR for prioritizing fixing the fps and following through with it!

Instead we get crashes galore and hitches x5000, at least, I'm experiencing that, don't know about the others
