Sloppy Butcher

I see some people prsise this perk, but at face value it does not seem that great.

How do you make good use of it?

Double posted.  Sorry

  • Slows the hell out of the game. Use it on Nurse, Hag or Wraith and you'll see, the slower healing keeps them off gens ^^

It's only an extra 5 seconds.
Right now it requires a very specific build to be useful.
    Maybe after the heal nerf.
  • It's not that bad it works well with Bloodhound in my opinion
  • Bloodhound makes it easier to track all that blood they're leaking.
Nurse's Calling will work more effectively since it takes them longer to heal thus giving you more time to track them down.
Coulrophobia means even more time spent healing if they are in range of it.

By itself, the slowdown helps a bit, but playing against Killers who use it I see them synergize it with one of the above for best results.

If they're dumb enough to heal in your TR. besides the Pig Wraith and Myers can get the full use of Nurses calling. Because the smallest TR is 24 and Its unlikely you find a Survivor outside those 2 meters. Once they know have Nurse calling to they will stop healing in your TR or if they see you.
  • If you get into this situation where survivors are constantly injured, it is ######### great. And I get there a lot, because survivors seem to swarm to me lol

  • The healing nerf helps it a bit, but all in all, its not super useful by itself.  However, it's biigest draw is how it acts with OTHER perks.  With bloodhound, it draws a bright line right to them.  Anything that interacts with the wounded state is better with it, because they spend longer IN the wounded state
  • In the current live build, Sloppy Butcher slows down healing by 25% iirc. It's a solid perk.

Put it on a killer with a huge terror radius and slam Caulrophobia on it and healing will take ages.
