Since Starstruck makes people exposed if they get in the TR for any reason, we finally have a proper 4th perk for the Mad Grit build, now you can be a even more effective lawn mower

Mad Grit mains rejoice!

    I am going to try this later today when I have the opportunity. I am not sure this will be better than Surge as my current fourth to this build, but the buffs given to the perk from PTB at least gave my attention.
