Nintendo Switch New Update
There's no update. When checking the times for this new update it said in the post 11 am EST. It's 11:22 am EST right now and switch is saying with v4.5.2 that I'm using the latest version of the game. Where's the update? Me and my friends have a small window every week when we can play together and we planned for today being that day where we could and it's being taken up by the fact that Switch won't update the game.
Edit: It's almost 12 pm EST and there's still no update.

Did you try to restart the system?
Yes I did, twice. No one I know with the switch version can update the game as of right now.
Same and I’ve restarted system multiple times
