I would like to recommend a voting system that encourages people to play together and be more positive. At the end of every match have a screen pop up saying "vote for someone you think deserves a thumbs up!", the vote screen should show a picture of each player (character + name). After obtaining a certain amount of votes players can acquire cosmetics! (this will encourage people to wear different gear from each other to avoid being mistaken as others and be less toxic or they will lose votes, key word "encourage") To avoid voting abuse remove the ability to vote for your buddies in groups.

    Only problem would be swf voting for each other. Would help give people a reason to chill.

    correct, that's why voting between swf (search with friends) would be disabled , only to allow a vote for people outside of the group.

    Overwatch did this although no real reward system. It did have an impact on the community.

    However, if it doesnt include swf somehow it would probably not be so enticing.  This game has primarily swf community.

    So killer would need to play the party clown for all survivor to get enough upvotes to get a cosmetic?Not that good of an idea.

    If it was restricted to solo players and killers, sure. SWFs would exploit the ######### out of it.

    That's being optimistic. I doubt a killer would get enough upvotes even then. Probably get downvoted for being "EZ".

    Respect the 4%
    Give hatch to last survivor
    Don't camp (aka give free unhooks every time)
    Don't tunnel
    Don't slug
    Do not use: FD, BBQ, BM, Insid, Noed, Whispers, Rancor, DL, NC.

    Then and only then you "might" get an upvote.
