Already a new meta, Maybe :
So I'll do the maths so you don't have to
The new survivor perk fast track, each time a survivor is on the hook other than yourself gain a 1/2/3 tokens, each token grants a 1% bonus to great skill checks.
- 1% of a gen is 0.8 seconds
- 0.8 x 3 = 2.4 seconds
- 2.4 x 9 = 21.6 seconds
Remember, you can still repair a gen but only hit good skill checks. A OP solo perk, it's a pocket brand new part nearly.
(Brand new part = 25%, just 3.4 seconds off).

Yes and no?
Mathematically, yeah it makes sense. Realistically, you're talking about all 3 of your teammates getting hooked 3 times, you being the gen jockey and not getting chased all the time, and then for some reason also still working on gens after that last person is dead (by the 9th hook, if all your teammates have been hooked 3 times, you would be looking for hatch at that point, not doing gens trying to hit great skill checks).
Basically, it's just another boring perk to make gens go faster like Prove Thyself but i doubt it'll become meta. No one actually ENJOYS rushing gens.
I have not tested it, but I would not say that it is too strong. At max, the Perk can generate extra progress which is around the same as a Brand New Part. This is not worth a Perk Slot IMO.
Another way to look at it is if all 4 survivors run it.
For every survivor hooked 9% of a generator gets done if they can make their skillchecks. If the killer doesn't tunnel at all that's 72% for the first 8 hooks. Or about 57.5 seconds saved. That's pretty nuts.
In short lackluster in solo. Really good in swf were everyone gets it.
It is kinda weird how it encourages tunneling to avoid above situation though
