Perk buff ideas? (D tier)

This Is Not Happening - The perk will now increase the killers terror radius by 5/7/9 meters. When your in the killers terror radius, increase skill check trigger odds by 10%.

(D tier to C or B)

Up The Ante - Up the ante will be a fixed 7/8/10% and will also apply to you. it can not stack and will also increase "Trap escapes" by 3/4/5% and the 10% will work on chests. Up the ante does not increase look on "escape attempts".

(D to C or B)

Sole Survivor - For each survivor that dies on the hook, lose 7/6/5% to all action speeds but gain a permanent 1% haste. (D to B or A)

Could be new meta: No one left behind - When the exit gates are "Open". All other survivor within 8/16/24 meters of you will gain the haste status effect (7%) . When this effect is triggered, you have the exposed status effect. This perk does not stack. This perk will also decrease end game collapse by 25%. (4 minutes < 3 minutes).

(D to A or even S)

Slippery meat - Grants your 3 more (6) escapes chances on the hook (48%). If you get off the hook which you probably will, your exhaustion perk will not be active for 25/20/15 seconds.

(D to C or B, could be kept at D if the idea sucks lol).

  • The changes to This Is Not Happening seem great to me. I'd just change the wording from "Increase the Killer's terror radius by X meters" to something like "Causes you to percieve the Killer's Terror Radius from X meters further away".

Up The Ante "working on chests" doesn't make much sense in and of itself, because Luck doesn't actually influence chest drops in any way whatsoever. Yes, that's incredibly weird. Anyway, if I understand the rest of your Perk description correctly, you're also suggesting removing its effect on unhook chances, which is effectively the only thing it's currently good for, so IMO this would actually be a nerf. Really, there isn't a good way to buff Up The Ante in isolation without a total rework- Without that total rework, its only recourse is changing Luck as a mechanic.

Disagree with the Sole Survivor changes. The Perk absolutely needs buffing, but this would turn it into a "screw my team" Perk instead of an "in case my team dies" Perk. If even one teammate dies, you're decreasing the team's chances of finishing all gens.

I agree your suggested changes to No One Left Behind would be powerful, but I think they'd be outright OP. If it stacked with Hope, which you didn't clarify, it'd literally let Survivors run about as fast as Killers and faster than Killers like Hag. An alternate change could be allowing No One Left Behind to act as a personal BT when the Endgame Collapse has been triggered, so you have the Endurance status when unhooking Survivors in the Killer's TR.

Slippery Meat's just kind of a mess in my eyes. My two suggestions for it would be:

    1. Make it a Deliverance alternative. Guarentees a self-unhook, but instead of Deliverance's "unhook someone else" condition, Slippery Meat's is that three hooks must occur before it activates.
    2. If that idea treads on Deliverance's toes too much, an alternate idea would be allowing you to attempt self-unhooks even during the Struggle State, as a kind of companion perk for Deliverance.

I don't think either of those ideas are fantastic, though. Maybe it should be an Exhaustion perk that triggers when you're Injured and amps up the injury speed boost?
