Hit survivor doesn't go injured - server desync?
Is this dedicated server issue? I hit a healthy survivor and he stayed healthy despite screaming as if he were injured. I know of no such perk or item that does this.
On a side note, I have another video uploading now where I grabbed a survivor during unhook and the unhook still occurred (edit: I guess this one is normal, but the main issue above stands).

That is normal
But your clip with the Ace is very very weird.I would still say it's server related.
The closest thing to this i've seen was throwing a hatchet at a survivor,getting that hit animation for the hatchet (exploding with blood) but then it didn't actually hit

Thanks for confirming. Just more evidence they the servers are messing everyone up.
You or the surv had a desync or packet lost to the server. When someone lost the connection or packet lost for whatever reason you can hit but the hit will denied.
Could be. I didn't feel any of the jerky or warping sensations that typically accompany this, though, and no network issues/indicators on my end.
The indicators are trash they have only one for 150 ping and 250 upwards. As killer you dont see that really. When you have connection issues specifically packet lost you will see that in delayed breaking pallets or vault windows or hits connect in the end swing phase etc.
