Item Charges Look Full when they're Empty
There is very little different between the shade of gray used for a full item charge and an empty one. I can't tell from a glance if the item is full or empty. And since the item icon doesn't gray out anymore I seriously hate it.
Items are often empty... like I am inside after this patch update.

Agreed! I legit thought for a second my item recharged somehow when I got hooked.
