You seem to confuse Chapters and Mid-Chapters.
4.5.0, which is set to release tomorrow, is a Mid-Chapter. Chapter 19 (4.6.0) won't come for another couple of weeks.

To be fair, it feels like it been ages since we have received new content. It probably normal timeframes, but it feels like ages
18 was December 1st, it's barely been 2 months.
But it was announced in about the middle of November right? You don't include that?
It actually does feel like its been a long ass time and still no new content
2 months. That would still leave at least 4 weeks for Chapter 19 to arrive under normal circumstances. However, the devs pushed the time schedule back two weeks, so it'll actually be at least 6 weeks still.
So we'd have another week or two to go, which lines up because they usually start teasing after the mid chapter.
That's because the twins were such a non-event after the first few days lol.
