When any character fully heals themselves with iron will lvl, 3 the half-second after they are healed they make groaning noises as if they were injured.

To do it (I don't know if it is guaranteed, but I think it is pretty common): Choose iron will lvl 3 and heal. Listen for the split second after you fully heal and you should be able to hear it.

    Yeah, I noticed this happening with Wake Up and Mend actions as well. Despite having Iron Will my character would make the injured noises for a split second.
