its cheating, but the devs dont ban for what the guy will claim was a lucky lag spike.
the solution, next time, is to leave.
That's a lagswitch, so yeah.
It can't actually be 100% proven though unless he admits to it, as there's a miniscule chance that it was just very convenient lag for him and he could defend himself that way
