i mean...devs done nothing about it, so it's alright to bully according to them.

    Being downed under a hooked person's a terrible idea, lets the killer camp two people at once.

    I don't know if you're expecting the almighty hand of BHVR to sense your plight and personally reach into your game, pluck him out before your very eyes and dump him into the banned bucket, but report him for exploiting and move on.

    not only that, but you the killer could not have picked him up, because the hooked survivor was in the way. It's just just a dick move, it's an actual exploit.

    Yes, that's why I told you to report them for doing their dumb idiot exploit that doesn't actually help them.

    You aren't going to see BHVR personally execute them before you as retribution for doing this bad mean thing, but that doesn't mean they aren't doing anything about it.
