Plague Buff, or Cosmetics that don't all look the same?
Not a major buff but I'm thinking like color coded barf , so she has some tracking capabilities when a survivor gets infected they have a pink,blue, green,yellow infection affect so you know we're they were affected.
Also have a problem that plague just doesn't have any Cosmetics that are unique there all just Lacey gold dresses with the same old head accessory
