Reporting hackers is annoying

Am i stupid or is there no easy way like the bug report in this forum?

I play on ps4 and reported on mobile.

Reporting on mobile was maybe not the smartest idea, bc the report page is not optimised for mobile.

I can upload a ps4 video on youtube but do i really need to download the file from youtube and attach it to the report formular? Is the youtube link not enough?

Can i report their ingame name? I cant get their Steam-Id, right?

I hope someone can help me with this questions, then right now was this my last report. Its wastes too much time and it annoys me.

I only reported bc i saw the same cheater twice in a week.

    Yes you can use the youtube link in the report form - it's actually wiser to do that, as the form has a size limit, so just putting the link solves that issue.

    There's no place on forums for reporting players, that would break the Naming & Shaming rules that pretty much all forums have in place.

    As to the in-game name, if they are a PC (steam player) then you would need the Steam64 ID as names are changeable on Steam and can be done instantly, so just having a Steam name is effectively useless. If they are on console the name is usually sufficient as it's much harder to change names on those platforms.

    They will ignore your report if you don't record it.

    The players need to do all the leg work in this game for some reason.

    https://steamidfinder.com/ you can use a website like this which will give you the steam ID if you have the profile.

    So i need to find the profil. So with the name i see ingame, i search for their profil in steam?

    Thank you for taking the time and helping me. I appreciate it, but i think i will let pc players handle the reports in future.

    @TicTac I appreciate it's more difficult reporting players from a different platform and I will take this feedback to the team.
