I think Quick & Quiet should let you move around the map efficiently, and by that, I mean you should be able to fast vault without a cooldown when you're not in a chase (the killer wouldn't hear you fast vault).

What do you think of the idea?

    Sounds like a interesting idea, but I think Q&Q is already good as is.

    Perk combo: running both Q&Q and Lightweight together triggers the effect Tip Toe, which allows an additional 10% faster cooldown and scratchmarks dissapear two seconds sooner. I can see many perk combos like this idea to get some use out of lesser used perks, for both sides.
