DBD Playerstats
Most of the stats are fake and also it came from long time ago where the game was a mess and people could use exploit and unbalance method to win games quick and get higher score in the board.
clearly the stats dont show negativity stats, only the positive so what is the point of even having this board? ive seen some people bad mouth others just because they are on the board, yet they posses little skill even tho they are up there in the top board.
there are plenty of killers who will let survivors escape even tho they already won the game. there are plenty of survivors who would abandon their team to escape and get the killer to receive 3k while they couldve saved their team in the end game.
before the dc penalty there have been a lot of survivors who can see that their team is doing nothing and just suicide on the hook so they can move on to the next match and get faster wins. this is just bad for the game because there is a lot of people that are still doing that.
the best way to make a leaderboard is actually to keep the negative as the positive as well. so if you want to throw games then it will appear as a lose in the board.
also hatch escape is 90% RNG.
in my personal opinion as a pro gamer, Only Hours and Skill matter. nothing else beside it matter. the board is included for times where people were potatoes.
and i have a solution for the board that will make everybody happy.
seasoning board just like riot and other companies are doing.
every year people scores and hours for that season will be included into the board. how many you can kill in a year or how many escapes can you do in a year can be included. with the hours spent that year specifically on killer or survivor. and that can be a neat thing to do. so new players can have their chance to get up there and compete with everybody, if thats the whole point. if people view this as competitive then why not just reset it every year so everybody have a chance to be up there :) ofc it will take dedication and skill.
