PS5/Series x small UI bug still not fixed

Why has the small UI bug still not been fixed? It’s been a month now and we still have to deal with microscopic skillchecks and ######### progress bars aswell.

After 2 bug fixes you would expect it to be fixed by now.

same with iron will on the floor bug too

It's not a bug. That's because you're playing the game above 1080p. Dead by Daylight on PS5 and Series X platforms runs at a native 3840x2160p resolution (4K). As a result, your UI is also going to be smaller, to accommodate for screen scaling. It works the same on PC.

i know what causes it but that doesn’t mean they can’t fix it, it can be fixed on there end. i also believe they said in the livestream that they were gonna fix it so it should have been patched by now.

They reverted the actual 4K screen scale support because players were complaining it made the UI too large. I would like to see it return as a slider, so we can fine tune our experience, whether on console or PC.

On the last Q&A stream, the developers acknowledged this issue on console and they will be working on a fix.

yeah there should be a size slider for the entire ui scale.

tbh when they fix the resolution i feel like i’m gonna be a god at great skillchecks. now that i’ve adapted to hitting tiny skillchecks i’m gonna be hella good when there large again lmao.

I hope they also change it for PC as well then. I play on a 4K monitor and would appreciate a little more control.

Yeah, that would be great. They also mentioned that they are looking in to advanced graphics options during one of the streams but I'm not sure what that entails exactly.

Hopefully soon, skill checks are really a pain in the *** with the micro ui, I got used to it, but great skillchecks are REALLY hard
