Players found a way to camp with Victor and a possible way to fix it

If you take Victor to the hook before hooking the survivor with Charlotte, there is nothing preventing you from keeping Victor there.

Since it's unreasonable to expect the killer to know where every hook is when they swap between the twins and dissolving Victor when Charlotte picks up a survivor would also be bad, I recommend the following change:

  • If Victor is within the radius where the Twins aren't allowed to swap, he is immediately returned to Charlotte (no cooldown).

It's simple and at least seems fair on paper.
