So me and a friend both had wglf against the twins and destroyed them
this is how a recent match i had where me and a friend ran a build specifically for the twins both using wglf, prove thyself, bond, and dead hard. btw we are both red ranks and this was on coal tower.
So i got a friend to help test out a strat where you stay in pairs the best you can and we want the other two randoms to take the hits or we stay together. in the beginning charlotte got 3/4 of us injured by hitting two randoms of a gen and victor went on me, being smart i went to a loop near the gen we got hit off of that everyone left and waited for charlotte to recall him. At that point she is still chasing a random who is pretty good at looping and recalls victor at which point my friend starts following who victor is chasing. when victor downs the random he crushes victor and heals the random with wglf, charlotte sends victor out again and the same happens. at that point and a little after we got 2 gens done before anyone is hooked. (one on the side middle of the map the other by a random in the corner near main building.)
The killer realized what my friend is doing and chases the other injured random she past by and downs him then sends out victor while close to the hook. my friend finds me and heals me just as victor finds us but he takes the hit and goes to wait at a good loop this forces charlotte to stop camping. the random got saved and charlotte finds me then hits me after a mindgame she gets victor back shortly after then sends him out as my friend follows, victor downs my friend i crush him and heal my friend and just before charlotte gets us i go to a loop avoiding getting downed with dead hard but she got my friend at which point the randoms got another gen done. (main building gen or one near shack can't recall which one got done in order) edit: the next gen got done without charlotte getting anyone i think a random kept avoiding victor or something.
she losses me and finds a random and sends victor onto her and downs her shortly after with victor again since the random took him off. meanwhile i saved my friend and we healed each other before getting on a gen and we finish it before saving the random (not sure where killer is at that point). killer finds us again at a gen we are repairing with victor but misses and we crush victor however she still stops the gen and starts hard camping it so we go to another gen that was pretty progressed and finish it as charlotte starts chasing the good looper that now has victor on them.
gates get powered my friend goes to help the random with victor on them being chased but charlotte switches to him and gets him but it didn't matter since a random saved him with BT as we body blocked and we all escaped through a gate. Why did i decide to post this? to give you a good idea on how weak this killer is when you play properly and when against one simply perk that isn't even needed if charlotte is too far away.
MY POINT
stop taking off victor and go to a good area near a gen, try to stay healed, stick with injured survivors to save them from victor if your injured consider taking the hit. that alone is enough to make it very difficult to win as charlotte.

The Twins definitely do have counterplay. It’s just gonna take awhile for Survivors to get used to it. Thanks for helping with that by giving all of us tips
im making a list of counterplay that im posting after a week of their release, editing it as i find out stuff. there is already a lot of tips in it there is just so much you can do verse this killer to hinder them.
WGLF is definitely strong against the Twins. The time wasted after Victor gets stomped makes it insanely easy to pick people up and get away/heal.
