Camping/Tunneling: hooking a different survivor instead of the same one should give 30% more BP
What if after you have hooked a survivor and then hook a different one instead of the same survivor would give the killer 30% more BP (or 30% less BP if you hook the same one, it doesn't matter). Of course as long as there is more than 1 survivor that is still not hooked in the game. It would create a greater motivation than emblem points to go after a different survivor, instead of camping/tunneling.

I don't think this alone would make a difference with this particular issue but it, along with other changes, I think could eventually work out.

I like the idea of anything that rewards more BP.
