Survivor Hooked Herself?

While I was playing a match, the sound notification played and the bottom UI suddenly showed a survivor as being hooked.

Platform: PS4

This is the first time I've seen it happen. (I have a full video of the match if needed.)

    Considering this hook I got was hands-free, I feel like I deserve triple Bloodpoints for how apparently amazing I am. But I got none! How can I pay off my diamond gaming chair if DbD won't reward me my points??
