Give Diversion a score event
There's not much use in running the perk right now, so I think that it should have a score event like Any Means Necessary got. It could count as distraction points if the killer comes within 5 meters of where it landed, or something like that.

Distraction points is a good idea with that tbh, it would fit with the design of the perk as well.
