So we had this thread recently:

It was revealed that some of the winners from the tournament streams had issues with the information given to BHVR for their accounts to be given the shards they won. The OP in that thread had his issue quickly addressed and I assume resolved. I bumped the thread a few times asking for help, because I also won one of the giveaways but never received any shards. I've made a thread and posts about it here.

So I'm making this thread to ask, who do I contact to see what the issue was and how to resolve it? I can PM a screenshot of my conversation with one of the stream people for verification. Thanks.

edit, why can't I do tags like Dev or Community Manager?
