It's a hard question, as both sides best builds come from many perks combining to make a super strong effect.
When it comes down to it though it'd probably be a nerf for DS or undying.
One perk...blood echo. Make it so survivors are broken for the duration the survivor is hooked. This does not apply if they become injured after the perk was activated
Rework Object of Obsession to be something entirely different
