New hatch concept?

Since so many players and killer mains have a issue with the use of keys, why don't they get rid of the keys. Make the hatch still available at the end of the game, but in order to open the hatch. You need to find parts of a 4 digit code scattered over the map. For example, part of the code could be in the killer shack, and so on. It would stop that one selfish survivor just hiding till the end game for the hatch, and add some new mechanics to the game? I dunno it might be a terrible idea lol.

    The idea is not bad, if you could play with your friends or even live chat with other survivors, but I bet my ass this wont happen
