So why does Auto aim/"dressing" even exist? Feat. Hook bug showing autoaim

Having control ripped from you only seeks to annoy the player, and in the best case scenario, is not a reward of skill. It has no place in this game.

also its funny how this weird hook bug literally rips your aim upward after you finish hooking, even though its inconsequential for the most part, it shows how bad auto aim is in this game

note how every hook ends with the camera quickly jutting upward. I'm not doing that, its the game. Drop to .25-.5 to see it easily.

    Its right at the end of the hook animation when I get control, the camera gets yanked upward quickly.

    and the hook bit is just a side note, this is more about autoaim as a whole being unnecessary.

    How would is have anything to do with auto aim or aim dressing if you're not swing or attacking.

    It looks like an animation bug

    It seems like it's a bug that only huntress has.
