Can not sabo blighted hooks?

every time i go up to a blighted hook i don't get a prompt to sabotage it. Is this intentional? PC Player

    Event hooks can't be sabo'd. They started doing this with the first Halloween event I think, maybe the event just after it. Unfortunate because sabo was a lot different when they made this rule, I don't think it's necessary now.

    It’s intentional, too many Survivors were being toxic and saboing the event hooks to deny the Killers their bonuses.

    They should remove it because now that hooks respawn fairly quickly the survivors will be giving them a lot more points with a 4k because they would have to waste a lot of time to make sure they don't get an event hook

    It kind of doesn't make sense that killer can kick the event gen or camp them but survivors cannot do vice versa.

    Yeah but also think about when the event started back when hooks took a while to come back. It was unfair at the time, I do think they should be able to be sabo'd now tho. It doesn't make sense now, but back then it did.
