What to do against:
What do you do against a team that just runs to the opposite side of the map and heal? and if you chase to get a down you lose?

Play baseball instead? 👻🍭
Try darkest dungeon.
Just get more gooder at the game 4head.
This is a joke btw.
Why would u lose if u chase?
Well just practice makes perfect. You could take up Leatherface or the Hillbilly and get good with the Chainsaw. Then you only have to hit them once until your Looping skills are down. You can likewise play the Shape like me. Myers can Tier up to Insta-Down. Legion is fast and slows them down even as he can keep up and cross the map really fast.
amazing answers. thanks. great job.
well i have a 3 gen and the second they hear my heartbeat they all run. i would be lucky to get one hit in as trapper. and then they are way across the map. then by the time i catch up and hit them again put them on the hook the last gen would be done. do i just give up?
It sounds like I'm being a douche, but the counterplay to that is not get into a situation where that works for them. This isn't something you can just go ahead and do every game, naturally, but if they can just take a hit and run to the side of the map and their team pops the last gen before you can down them... That's not a situation you have control over. The best thing to do is accept the loss and chase them down for an extra hook.
And remember, the best map pressure is a hooked survivor, and the second best is a slugged one. You can potentially down the one that ran, then leave them slugged and come back to try and snowball a mere handful of seconds before the generator pops.
