the automatic system that is there can not differentiate between a network issue, their issue or your issue (not counting leave match button). it's on them that they didn't address this either initially or much sooner but it is as it is. It is also possible that the client is seeing a connection issue with their services and this possibility IS NOT on their end, nor is it on your end.

I sometimes don't always think of all the posibilities :) I had to look up the error to know what it said as well.
