Toxicity overall is THE problem, independent of side.
Online anonymity brings out the worst in people, period.
This kind of threads should be deleted, they add nothing to the community except fanning the flames, and the authors should be given warnings if they start way too many of this kind posts.
Toxic survivours are the problem. Look at those stats that just came out. Survivours are refusing to do gens and killing themselves. Do you think killers are steamrolling through team after team? No. Its survivours giving up when they dont get their way and then the rest of the team following suit cause winning has become impossible. Its so annoying. AND I'm a survivour main and see this happening. I know its true.
..I know you are talking about a different form of toxicity (to OP) but toxicity is the problem and its mainly on survivours part, they are 80 percent of any given match anyway.
Please remain respectful. There are ways to discuss something without attacking each other. Everyone has their own opinion. If this continues, the thread has to be locked.
I think those stats are being drawn from the Rift era, where every second game had either a killer DCing or 2-3 survivors DCing, as there was no penalty.
Keep in mind that a lot of survivors do this (or just killing themselves on hook) routinely to deliberately derank, including some big name streamers.
