How to solve camping by rewarding instead of punishing

Almost every solution to camping is looking to punish said killer for camping. I think that's the wrong way to go about it. How about we reward survivors for playing right.

Right now unhooking is one of the easiest bloodpoints to get for survivors and only one can get them. This causes everyone to flock to the hook.

And if the killer catches on that every unhook happens after 10 seconds. It's not a peculiar behavior that he instead just waits at the hook. After all why look for survivors if they all come to you.

Instead what about we made that unhooking a survivor closer to the next phase worth more bp. While unhooking then sooner worth less. I'm talking unhooking in the first 10 seconds to be practicly worth nothing and last second saves to be double what they are now. This stops the instant rush to the hook forcing killers to actually move

On top of that make the safe unhook bonus global 500 bp for every survivor on a safe unhook. This will stop the race to be the only one to get bp

TL,DR: give survivors more bloodpoints for unhookinh closer to the next hookstage and a global safe unhook bp to teach survivors to not always flock to the hook that makes camping work

    Survivors just need to wait to do a safe unhook there are a few killers that can move to the other side off the map just after they hook someone what then you stand there looking at the survivor waiting till they get close to 2nd stage before you unhook them to get those bonus BP, If the killer is truly face camping your options are limited to what you can do to get that person off the hook but can be done. If survivors want to unhook someone soon as the killer has taken 3 steps away from the hook then that's on the survivors not the killer even more if they don't have BT.

    I'm all for giving more BP for safe unhooks but the amount off times killers get called campers even though they took 3 steps away from the hook before someone got unhooked and downed again, blame your team not the killer if that happens for not waiting another 5 seconds to get you off the hook.
