Reworks for survivor scoring
As it's pretty clear, survivors have less opportunities to earn bloodpoints than killers; and they almost need to 'fight' each other to earn the most points. Some small ideas I have to help survivors earn more bloodpoints:
- Solo generator repair points need to be buffed to 2,000 BP for a full completion. Why is it that a solo survivor, while doing their primary objective, earns 1,250 points over 80 seconds; but a dull totem, a secondary objective taking 14 seconds to complete, awards a whopping 1,000? This gap needs to be closed.
- Move the escaped scoring event from the boldness category to the survival category. Besides making more sense, this is undoubtedly the harding category to earn points in - particularly without a medkit and/or certain perks (Self-Care, and/or obsession perks). This would especially better award survivors who are chased most or all of the match, while their teammates complete generators and they don't have a spare moment to earn objective points.
- Move all scoring events for searching Jigsaw boxes from the objective category to the survival category. Searching a Jigsaw box isn't your primary objective, but you certainly will die if it is active and you do not remove it (or escape via hatch).
- This one is actually a nerf, but the purpose is to encourage more tactful altruism. An unhook should be nerfed to granting 750 BP, and a safe unhook grants the other 750 BP (instead of the current 1,000/500). Too many people unsafely unhook near the killer and are granted a massive score even if it does not end up being safe.

Bumping this older thread as I added two new suggestions.
The problem with bloodpoints for survivors is that a camping/tunneling killer will deny boldness/altruism points basically denying 2/4 of your total score. That's why most of the times you will end up with max objective and survival points but with little to no points on the other 2 categories.
Hook trading still provides altruism and WGLF stacks, but is not always an option (being injured or Bubba). And it's not very often you see a survival category maxed, are you just referring to escaping? Maxing it out requires Head On, self-healing perks/items, and/or obsession-related perks.
