Why is BH so bad at descriptions?
Why are some perks and add ons very clear, tell you what it does and by what % it affects something... and others are as vague as possible and even when using descriptive words is it so inconsistent for what it means. “Moderately” can mean a good increase or a completely unnoticeable increase...
I should not have to go to a wiki to figure out your perks and add ons BH.

I believe their answer was something along the lines of them not wanting players to become overwhelmed with percentages and numbers and not know what they do, or they don't want players to min-max their add-on choices...the fact that even the new CoD is gonna give you numbers and percentages when customising weapons is really saying something. It's a pretty insulting reason tbh.
If you think BHVR is vague with their rules you should see Warhammer 40k. Every time they introduce a new codex they need a writer to translate what the first writer wrote.
I have heard it said before that many BHVR staff are French Canadians and that is why some of the descriptions are a bit strange
