It takes up 2 perk slots and still isn't as good as old ruin. Its undeniably a good combo but Carried is a bad description imo.

Ruin is only powerful when survivors are being pressured hard. If you want to make it less effective, keep the killer from gain pressure by forcing them to waste time. Or run perks/items like Detective's Hunch, Small Game, or maps to find totems quickly and break them.
survivors get cvarried by decisive, unbrekable, borrow time, esprint and dead hard every game why are you complaining about perks you can get rid of very early on in the game?
