Will Deerstalker get any additional mechanic?

36 meters of seeing downed survivor is kinda meh, especially than any killer can just hear where are they...but if we would get let's say 1/2/3% permanent movement speed for the whole match it could me worth taking, eh?

  • That would be OP

It would stack with PWYF, and NOED and make bloodlust really strong.

  • I think the problem with some of "default" perks is that they're meant to be helpful for newer survivors... and therefore have their place without necessarily demanding a buff. Deerstalker is not worth taking once you have a better idea of the game and where a survivor is likely to crawl (or have a better ability to listen to their sounds). But it's totally worth taking for killers who are new enough to the game that they literally lose survivors if they hit them over a vault and have to go around to look for them.

  • I think if they just added a % reduction on recovery time to slugged survivors it would make Deerstalker a little better.

This. Even something as simple as 5/10/15% slower recovery time if a downed Survivor is within the perk's visible range of you would make it more useful but not brokenly strong. (If you're being camped, you'll be camped either way whether it is changed or not).
