The Blight's turn speed is a complete dumbster fire.
Because of that he's powerless against BASIC LOOPING.
He can't vault, can't break with it, can't one shot, and not just that, he has a turn speed a Billy.
In short: His power is ONLY great at patroling, in actuall chase he is basic m1, which is big No No in my book.
Perks are alright i guess.
