He needs to be de-buffed he moves way to quick. Any game i get with him hes always zooming around impossible to escape

    He moves at 115, which is the speed of most killers.

    people are too greedy against him, from my experience stopping a loop early and staying to the side of the pallet while in range and just reacting is the best you can do. if he enters rites wait at the pallet and try to dodge it or if he gets into stun range stun him since he can't move backwards and if he exits rites just throw the pallet since he can't attack you for around half a second. of course you have to be looping the correct way as not all pallets have both sides where you can be standing in a spot suitable to dodge his ranged attack and there will be cases where you can't dodge as you loop in a certain spot but I've had a lot of success with this.

    There is a trick that allows you to instantly m1 while going out of m2.

    there is? i have never noticed it. either way you can still react to that if you watch his hands which is what i do.
