But why?
Only buff for Bamboozle I could think of would be to increase the vault speed by 15% across all tiers.

Why obsession?
That ruins the whole idea with the perk itself.
Cause 20% would be maybe too much if it were to every survivor, that's why I choose obsession.
I think Bamboozle is in a good place tbh, its the weak perks what need looked at
That seems like a unnecessery restriction.
And wouldn't help the perk like you think it would.
the perk can already close an entire loop tile which make the chases more boring and less mindgameable. Also why should the obsession suffer more then the others while in chase, thought we wanted BHVR to balance the game around both parties so everyone could have equal amount of fun. Bamboozle is fine in its current state

yeah didnt show up as a comment sorry for that. But it wouldnt make it more scary being the obsession. Just more frustrating, like when the killer use Rancor.
