There should be more ways for inflicting and removing Torment effect
It is too limited now only inflicting from running over trails or just removing after cage interaction. For example, when hit with rites of judgement that could also inflict torment. And Torment should be removed after being hooked. There could be more ways that I can't think right now. But these two would be a good beginning to encourage usage of Executioner's power.
Now most of the Executioners I face rarely uses their torment. Majority of players use it to inflict everyone by the end of the trial to insta-mori them or for DS free tunnel. This makes him annoying to face kind of a killer. I believe adding more ways for both sides help gameplay in a fun way.
