THE SUPERSTAR
POWER: Hollywood Superstar
SHIA can place security cameras around the map. The SHIA can then enter these cameras, becoming invisible in the process. From these cameras, the Superstar can place gas traps to impair survivor vision, place fake pallets, and render pallets, windows and gens unusable and place fake hex totems. The Superstar has 10 camera tokens, which allow the Superstar to control cameras that recover every 5 seconds, and 10 cameras.
Secondary Power: SHIA SUPRISE!
While on camera mode, the Superstar can lunge out of the camera, instantly downing any survivor in his path. Has a 20 second cooldown and instantly breaks the camera. When he jumps out out of a camera he yells SHIA SUPRISE! damaging nearby generators, deafening and stunning all survivors within 20 meters. Shia Surprise lasts for 15 meters.
PERKS
Hex: Actual Cannibal: For as long as this totem is active, whenever you pick up a survivor you gain Aura reading on all survivors or 6 seconds.

Brandishing a Knife: While in a chase, you can hit pallets with your basic attack to render them unusable for 20/25/30 seconds. When the chase ends Brandishing a Knife goes into a 20 second long cooldown.

He's Following You: When a survivor is in your terror radius but not in a chase you gradually gain more navigational info on the survivor. You earn tokens every couple of seconds.
2 Seconds- Blood glows slightly more.
4 Seconds- The survivor starts to cry.
5 Seconds- The survivor gets Scratch marks, even if they are not running.
6 Seconds- The survivors outline becomes highlighted(but cannot be seen through walls)
8 Seconds- The survivors aura is revealed.

Jiu Jitsu: Stunning a killer with a pallet makes the pallet unbreakable for 9 seconds. Has a 30/25/20 second cooldown.

Quiet, Quiet: Your grunts, screams, and coughs are 30% quieter. You enter lockers silently.

Safe at Last: When the exit gates become active, the Killer's aura is revealed to you for 6 seconds and you can open the Exit Gates 15% faster when injured.

Also jiu jitsu is a really good idea but 12 seconds would be game breaking at some pallets.
I like actual cannibal too. Be much better tracking perk than BBQ. Maybe switch it to aura reading? Little bit of counter play?

Thanks! For the mori I was imaging he would pick up a survivor and slam them into the ground once before placing a knife beneath their head and stomp their head so the blade goes through the survivors skull.
For the appearance, I was thinking like the Strangler from Last Year, but well... Shia Labeouf. And his weapon would be his axe, and the wipe of animation would be him cleaning the blood with his thumb, and then drinking the blood.
Shia Labeouf is coming for you sinner... he is coming for you.
