Oni isn't a survivor or survivor perk, so probably on the back burner.
this just made me imagine Oni as a survivor just screaming alerting people to his location whenever he ran.
It got fixed on the PTB, so it should be live with the next Chapter.

I took a break from playing Oni. Love the Killer but it cost me so many games not being able to use the Power it´s infuriating.
Don´t hold your breath on the fix, might take another year.
