Reverse bear trap change?

Normally the dev had made sure that if the pig followed you to the exit door you could escape with the inverted bear trap but I just saw that we re put the fact that if we go out with the trap and the pig has our behind the trap activates, but like i said they made sure that if she chases you you can escape right?

    You can only escape through the exit gates if the Trap has not been active not if it's paused if it's just paused it will still kill you if you try to leave.


    So if you have an active reverse bear trap on your head regardless of if the pig is chasing you or not if you try to leave through the gate you will die.

    Remember if you want downed being chased or on the hook the timer is paused for the Trap but it's still very much active

    If she puts it on BEFORE the last gen, you're dead. If she puts it on and no more gens go off, it wont activate.

    No they did not. They made it so you can safely exit the gates if the Trap hasn't become active. Once the Timer starts counting down, it will always count as active even if being chased causes the timer to be paused.

    Your trap is still active, the timer is just paused
