MMR system concern

We all want fair games where i as a killer will not face lower survivors then myself

but lets say a new killer comes out no one has experience with this killer meaning

people will only be ranked with low leveld survivors as the MMR system detects you are not experienced in playing said killer right?

    I think it has to figure in some of you rank from other killers. Its not like each killer is 100% different than the other. Hopefully some of the skill stats take into account basic killer competence and adjusts for new killers introduced

    I think the devs said that an MMR will be averaged for you based on your first 10 games as a new killer that you haven't played yet. So first 10 games could be poorly balanced, but after that it should improve a good bit, and continue to improve over time, in theory at least. Maybe the system will also take into account your average MMR across all killers, for new killers.
